I don't always wake-up feeling my "usual self" in the morning and I wanted to visualise the different masks and personas we hide behind from a day to day... #graphicdesign commission from earlier this year/ last year in-which I was approached to create a logo, typeface and branding colour scheme + for a small startup brand Studio Kae, which coincidentally has a very similar name to my own Studio Klarko naming convention. People have asked me about my archive tshirt prints and graphics I've been wearing a lot lately... Sadly I don't plan on reprinting any, but there's a few prints out right now that I created for Just Hype's new collection. PLUS I've always been obsessed with editorials / lookbook designs but I never got the opportunity to work on one, so I pinched a few shots from the new SS18 campaign limiting myself to only pictures featuring garments with graphics I created for the brand as a little excise between commissions. — Excuse the image quality, I don't have the higher res.

I've been looking at company's lately for potential work and I have to say representation really does matter. Seeing campaigns with mixed castings etc can really make you feel more comfortable BUT after the recent @hm debacle I genuinely think a MORE mixed prospective behind the scenes couldn't hurt ...that doesn't just mean "ask the token POC in the office whether this is ok" it's the start to a conversion and hopefully a greater collective understanding.
